The Orange County Chapter of the Mary McLeod Bethune Alumni Association has supported the following local events in support of the university:
- Provide tuition and book scholarships to local students annually
- Annual Wildcat Round Up to honor incoming and returning students
- Participated in several area community college fairs / events
- Provided dinner to the Marching “Wildcat” Band
- Provided snacks to the Concert Chorale
- Sponsored the first tailgate for the Baseball team and their families
